2. Unavailable Puppy
If a reserved puppy becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, customers will be offered:
• A full refund

• The option to select another available puppy.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for the following circumstances:
• Change of mind after adoption
• Allergies discovered after purchase
• Housing restrictions preventing pet ownership
• Family disagreements regarding the puppy
• Failure to provide proper care for the puppy

Return Policy
